Adds ability for the user to delete their own carpools. They still can't edit currently, but at least they can delete them.
Also hides the message box if it's your own carpool.
NOTE - changes the phonegap version to 2.5 from 2.7 on the kayakr branch as this was causing issues on Android for some reason. If that continues to cause troubles then I'll try to work out what the issue is on Android.
