1) BEFORE START, run the db_dump.sql (placed in the resources folder) to create Postgres database with initial data
	OR {
	   edit the class pl.dmcs.nsai.struts2.config.EclipseLinkDatabaseConfigurator and set
         properties.setProperty("eclipselink.ddl-generation", "create-or-extend-tables");
       instead of
       	properties.setProperty("eclipselink.ddl-generation", "none");
       in vendorProperties() method.
    	
       then run the postgres_init_data.sql (placed in the resources folder).
