config: jobs-chromeos: Disable tast tests #782

The servo variable is required by the initial conditions of this test.
As servo isn't available in our lab, this test usually gets skiped or
failed depending on the different devices. Remove the test from
KernelCI.

This test verifies functions of Perfetto (a performance
instrumentation and tracing). As Perfetto isn't present on our test Debian
image, hence disable this always failing test.
