VM screen shot customization in UI

The screen shots for the running VMs are displayed in Kimchi and are refreshed from time to time. The refreshing are resource consuming and some Kimchi users don't want to see the screen shot of the VMs. So Kimchi should have a way for the user to disable the screen shot refreshing and enable it when he need the screenshot.
