This PR correct the default vcpkg triplet, in MacOS Koka try to install
pcre2when loadingstd/text/regexwithvcpkg install pcre2:arm64-macos --disable-metrics.The correct triplet supported is
arm64-osxandx64-osxfor MacOS.
