Since shields.io doesn't offer a test coverage badge for Kover (it does for other tools like jacoco), this plugin takes care of it by picking up kover's coverage and using shields static badge feature to generate/update the badge in the readme file the plugin is available in the plugin portal: https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/io.github.flaxoos.kover-badge.
