ManagerCacheOptions is not correlated to when we use ManagerUncachedObjs. In general we should sync both.

For each suite_test.go we should ensure we set the same ManagerUncachedObjs and ManagerCacheOptions as we do in the corresponding config fields in the corresponding main.go files
