ヘルペPDCAの中で定量的なファクトも取れてると思うので、その旨書いちゃうと
より良いかもと思いました。

「操作の開始位置をテキストだけで説明すると、「操作箇所がわからない」というユーザーの迷いに繋がります。」or「操作の開始位置をスクリーンショットで示すことで、ユーザーが迷わずに操作を開始できます。」みたいな感じですか？

より具体的に「問い合わせが増えます」など書いても良いと思います。

問い合わせが増えるかはわからないので、「操作の開始位置をテキストだけで説明すると、「操作箇所がわからない」というユーザーの迷いにつながります。」を追記しました。もう一つのほうがポジティブかなと思いましたが、迷わないかどうかはわからないので.....
