Instead of creating separate labels.json files for each component, this will merge them together to one output.json file with the correct namespaces intact.

Instead of creating separate labels.json files for each component,
this will merge them together to one output.json file with the correct namespaces and source labels intact.
This way we can still keep the source.json in sync with it's usage without having to resort to in-between files.
