Description

This PR replaces functions used to retrieve a database's schema with equivalents in the Neo4j GraphRAG package. It is an accompaniment to this PR

@stellasia requested this one here I believe. This just updates the LangChain repo to reflect the underlying name change in the GraphRAG repo.
