in dark mode, everything works fine but in light mode, tiktok and apple logo is not ok :/ @Honzoraptor31415 can you please take a look this PR again ? :) thank you for your effords

So one thing I find a bit annoying is, that the announcment modal keeps showing up even after I dismiss it, so this PR hides the modal permanently after dismissing it once (using localStorage).
