Changes:

Replaced reprepro with apt-ftparchive for building Debian repositories metadata. (Fixes Can't Mirror Ubuntu 22.04 LTS repos #131)
Various UI improvements.

Deprecations:

Deprecated old API authentication method (via POST data). Hosts with linupdate versions prior to 2.2.11 are no longer supported anymore.
