fix: correct contributors numbers and designs #109

Description of the change.

This PR updates the contributors numbers for 2024 event and updates design.

Changes made:

  • Edits the hardcoded text wherever "15 contributors" mentioned to "20 contributors"
  • Removes the mention of "10 Leapfroggers"
  • Updates the design of the checker page.
  • Fixes background color and font sizes
  • Changes theme of guideline page

Type of Change:

  • Refactor
  • UI update

How was this tested?

  • Verified the sections where the numbers of contributors are shown.
