chore: add compatibility with PHP 8.2

- remove compatibility with php 7.4
- remove compatibility with illuminate packages 5.4, 6.0 and 7.0
- remove compatibility with mongodb 3.6, 4.0 and 4.2
- add compatibility with illuminate packages 9.0 and 10.0
- bump php container to version 8.0
- bump xdebug to version 3.2.1
