• [P013] Move to Distance category, and add missing [P134] to Distance category (docs)
• [Controllers] Fix validCPluginID and initialization of the corresponding array.

TODO:

• [P046] Fix compilation, as it has some source-compatibility issues (plugin has been disabled for a long time already)
• Review of P098 documentation
