Sidebar Template

Used in conjunction with the create-sidebar.sh script.
Any top level bullet (left justified) is a page to include in the sidebar.
Page names must include dash between words, as is done in URL's.
Page names are assumed to be unique
All pages except Home will be moved to a new sub-directory if not already in a sub-directory.
Script assumes it is the only thing managing directories and assumes each wiki page is in a directory of the same name as the page, except Home.
