Description of your changes

  • Bump terraform provider linode version to v2.29.0 (includes firewall resource change from SDK to framework + fixes bug from 2.28.0, disk encryption feature)
  • Override golangci-lint version from build module to v1.61.0
  • Update upjet version to use main branch instead of Tarun's fork

I have:

  • Read and followed Crossplane's contribution process.
  • Run make reviewable test to ensure this PR is ready for review.

How has this code been tested

  • ran make local-deploy
  • created an instance in us-sea, which is a region where disk encryption is enabled, and confirmed disk encryption is enabled by default on the instance
  • created a firewall for the instance and confirmed it was synced and ready
