yfquotes@thegli: Bug fixing and optimizations (#1264)

- Setting changes no longer create multiple triggers and parallel data refresh tasks
- Fix error "TypeError: symbolCustomization is undefined"
- Honor custom names in sorting
- Move refresh button to the bottom of the settings screen
- Minor refactoring and cleanup
