…pmspec. Add tmp directory for rpmspec.
…ion array (install ITEM1 means install ITEM2). Add logging. Rewrite help(). Spec install rpms also via names from translation array. Skip installed packages faster. Rewrite input arguments.

Good morning Lars,
we at ungleich have done some work to automate rpm building as well as updated the repo with CentOS 7 compatible spec files.
We have not changed the README, but added a HOWTO - in case you like its content, you can merge them.
