  2. "Address Alignment Error" -> "Alignment Error" 

    Only addresses can be "aligned", so omit the "address" part for even
succinct and consistent naming. (E.g. "PCALAU12I" can be paraphrased as
"PC *aligned* add U12I" with the same "al" meaning as here.)

  3. Tweak translations of descriptions for ALE and BCE 

    Chinese name for ALE is "地址非对齐例外" which doesn't contain the word
"error" ("错"), while that of BCE ("边界约束检查错例外") does. So,
remove the word "error" from description of ALE, and add it to BCE.

  4. Tweak descriptions for "xxxF"/"xxxM" exceptions 

    - "for" -> "on" to signify the exception's timing
