- Updates to PBH discovery plot (Figure 21) to follow results from 1904.01771
- Clarified that PBH limit plot (Figure 12) does not include contamination from astrophysical microlensing events.
- Update to existing axion constraint figure (right panel, Figure 14).
- Update to baryon scattering constraint figure (Figure 20): Miniboone CR and Xenon1T CR constraints updated from 1810.10543, slight tweak to LSST limit curve following from 1904.10000.
- Update to projected CTA limit in annihilation figure (Figure 19).
- Strong lensing VLBI references added.
- Slight tweaking of black hole theory and discussion to encompass other black hole formation scenarios.
