Helpdesk is a Moodle block that provides certain roles the ability to search enrollments across courses or for an individual.

Visit Helpdesk's Github page to either download a package or clone the git repository.
Helpdesk has a dependency on Quick Template. Follow Quick Template's installation notes. From there, Helpdesk should be installed like any other block. See the Moodle Docs page on block installation.
