v0.8.0-beta

This version will miss some core features so dont get upset (psss, its just a beta).

For beta versions im only gonna release the Windows's MSI file incompatible with windows7. If you encounter any error installing/using open an issue! (If you want to rebuild the app maybe with different settings read tauri's guide for building and the guide in readme.md. In future releases we'll switch to an actual DB
