The change to cmakelists is necessary for linux builds to include the ExternalData subdirectory and its contents.
Have decided to use a subdir to indicate the game rather than filename prefix.
The motivation for this change is anticipated future support for Outlaws. This makes it clear that the ext data files are for DF.
