From source code

Clone the git repo

git clone https://github.com/SebastianLuebke/toggle-xinput-gnome-ext.git ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/[email protected]

reload gnome by pressing alt + F2 and enter r

extensions.gnome.org
