I would keep this out or hidden in a special page for grid providers. This is for other people wanting to implement pages similar to universaleverything.io to host grid iframes in.

This PR adds the up-provider library documentation to the Tools page. The page contains how to install, and implement the library as well as how to use it as a parent provider.
