Lots of new features and upgrades, including but not limited to:
- Updated Vagrant to include Zipkin UI+Persistence support (you can try Zipkin out of the box!)
- Upgrade to Play 2.3.10
- Zipkin trace name parameter de-duping

- Allowing you to disabling sending of optional parameters from the Try It screen
- Replaced Scaldi with Macwire Compile-time dependency injection
