Jenkins have CSRF protection which uses a crumb. This patch ensures that all requests add the crumb if it is required (defined by the environment variable HUBOT_JENKINS_CRUMB)

The code might not be the prettiest atm (becuase of the excessive indentation). If you think its nescesary I can refactor the code to improve the situation, either in this PR or in a new one.
