Compilation fails with logger OFF

Describe the bug

If logger is set to off many funcitons which sole purpose is to print message will not print anthying. Thus variable will not be used and our very picky WErrror will throw errors.

To Reproduce

Change log level to off and try to compile

Additional context

Having option which tunrs off Werror if Log level isn't equal to something would fix this problem.
