'why' in the README is not capitalized, Chinese part ⭐ is incorrect, corrected. Moreover, added '⌘ is the logo key in Windows OS'
Putting Chinese and English in the same README may cause unnecessary trouble, so I separated them (/docs/README-zh. md)
