Wiimmfi-RPC v1.5.2

The first real update is here! It includes several bug fixes, patches, improvements and additions. As usual, simply download the zip for your operating system and architecture and unzip it somewhere.

Program updates:

• The program will now tell you if your Discord client is not running (see #12)
• The timeout for checking online players now features Intelligent Backoff Logic:tm:, the greatest technology breakthrough of the last 20 years. This basically means that it will not check as often when you're not online, preserving accuracy without spamming the servers or your network. Power Users: this can be configured in the config files. See #10
• Logs and crashlogs are now actually useful.
• The built in updater now actually works properly using a few sprinkles of elf magic.
• Miscellaneous updates and improvements.

Repository updates:

• The readme now contains proper instructions to make it actually useful to people.

I still haven't been able to package up the script for 32bit Linux users.. :( For the people out there: while you're a minority, I'm working on it!
