I made minimal changes to the code to add .webp support.
The code first tries to download the image in .jpg format, and if no response is received, it then attempts to download in .webp format. In a training material from 2021, the images were not downloadable because they were uploaded in .webp format, and I wanted to prevent others from encountering this issue in the future.
