Description:
Fixed an issue where the robot was taking extra steps after reaching the target coordinates.
Updated movement conditions to use != instead of > or < to ensure precise positioning.
Optimized turnToDirection() to minimize the number of turns needed.
Now the robot correctly moves to (toX, toY) without overshooting or unnecessary rotations.
