The Cleaner class should be instantiated with a name string, not another Cleaner object. Change cleaning_staff = Cleaner(cleaner) to cleaning_staff = Cleaner(cleaner.name) if cleaner is an object, or cleaning_staff = Cleaner(cleaner) if cleaner is a string representing the name.
