  1. Update DescriptiveStatistics.md 

    Corrected some LaTeX typos and formatting errors, corrected some spelling and grammatical mistakes, and converted a written list into easier to read bullet points.

Regarding the section on Rank Statistics, the definition for the EmpiricalCDF is missing. It's also missing an inline comment definition in the actual code for the RankDefinition Enum found here: https://github.com/mathnet/mathnet-numerics/blob/f19641843048df073b80f6ecfcbb229d3258049b/src/Numerics/Statistics/RankDefinition.cs#L48

I'm assuming it simply returns an array of data points ordered from lowest to highest against their percentiles, but before I add the definition in, I figured it would be best to hear some feedback on the definition to cross check my understanding.
