Reason to submit this is that there's a vulnerability in tungstenite 0.19 (which async-tungstenite 0.22 depends on):
GHSA-9mcr-873m-xcxp
(I think this only affects the server side of tungstenite, which presumably this crate doesn't actually use, so there's not much actual risk. Still nice to get this out of the way.)
I'll tentatively put some version bumps in here, assuming that we don't leak tungstenite types or traits in the public API.
