Ok. I did all the translation to the czech language. Yesterday I opened it to find out, half of it is replaced with basic english translation, and I am trying to understand why. Check the lines from 413, it is now English with no czech translation I made.

So, I think you just want to submit an issue to ask why there are more untranslated content in the language resource file, instead of submitting a pull request
