I added topics and descriptions but can't request a CI re-run without pushing a new commit

This is what the "weird" comments on BlueSky were about^^

I added topics and descriptions but can't request a CI re-run without pushing a new commit

TL;DR it's fine (I need to find the time to make some changes to the workflow)

A lot of extensions does not actually have a description (or topics) for their repository.
Since a lot directly come from quarto.org, the "required" is not really followed.
Discoverability is reduced without the topics and description especially on GitHub.
And since I am using those metadata to fill the card, so discoverability is also reduced in the listing.
Those metadata can be added, removed, and modified at any time since they are retrieved at render time.

Oh -- I think the checks are great and they worked out well for me! I just wanted to let you know I had made the change :)
