Lucene outsourcing contract

We are looking for a senior Java freelance developer to develop the Memory Structure using Java Lucene. This intervention would also spend a specific time on the normative qualification issues related to Library references (Dublin core,OAI-PMH,SRU...)
- analyse and evaluate the Memory_structure specifications
- analyse and evaluate the web entity codebook specifications
- implement Lucene indexes from the previous work done by Jérome Thièvre from INA DL WEB
- add the OAI-PMH and SRU webservices as memory structure plugins (see specifications below)
