Lucene outsourcing contract

We are looking for a senior Java freelance developer to develop the Memory Structure using Java Lucene. This intervention would also spend a specific time on the normative qualification issues related to Library references (Dublin core,OAI-PMH,SRU...)

• analyse and evaluate the Memory_structure specifications
• analyse and evaluate the web entity codebook specifications
• implement Lucene indexes from the previous work done by Jérome Thièvre from INA DL WEB
• add the OAI-PMH and SRU webservices as memory structure plugins (see specifications below)
