Ansible playbook for Python 3 version of Medulla

This is a bugfix release. If fixes the issues below:

Update ansible_hosts_simple to make use of stable repository
Fix example hostname
syncthing_discosrv and syncthing_relay roles must be deployed but not siveodev role
