Main components are develop.
config.scala file has configure parameters.
lanes_divider.scala file is divide the elements basis on sew parameter (define by configuration instruction).
vec_csr.scala file is define 3 vector csr (vl ,vtype and vstart)
vec_ob.scala file has all arithmetic operation
vec_reg.scala file has 32 vector register (length define by config.scala file).
