it is useful to run tests without creating a PR or running the entire suite.
If you don't create a PR, it means running with the current main
. How is it different from looking at the last commit jobs and probably rerunning some of them individually?

Usually you want to modify the workflows before, this would not work with that kind of trigger. lets keep using pull_request
for debugging? Make it a draft PR and things should work.
When dealing with CI issues or if you lack access to a fast computer, it is useful to run tests without creating a PR or running the entire suite. Enable the button in Github to allow for manual triggering.
