Course has no price information

Steps to Reproduce

1. Execute the search https://discussions-rc.odl.mit.edu/courses/search?q=rotational%20dynamics&type=course
2. Look at the MITx course rotational dynamics
3. Open the drawer
4. Change the run using the dropdown

Expected Behavior

• All 3 views of the course info should display a price of "free"

Actual Behavior

• The course card in the search results has no price
• The drawer shows no price when initially opened
• The price is shown when the user switches runs in the drawer

@pdpinch the pricing data is missing in the API results, it looks like no seats are defined for it. Once that's fixed upstream, the next sync will fix it.
