#### [curl-cache](arch/curl-cache)

XferCommand script to use in pacman.conf for trying package downloads from
cache-servers (partial mirrors) first, using passed mirror URL as a fallback.

Example usage in pacman.conf:

XferCommand = curl-cache %o %u https://cache-mirror.local/archlinux/x86_64

Can include any number of cache URL prefixes as the trailing args.

Before pacman-6.0, this was easy to use by simply putting all these
cache-mirrors at the top of the mirrorlist file, but since 6.0 pacman
auto-disables these after hardcoded 3 errors (incl. 404), so that no longer works.

See related [FS#71084] and [FS#23407] tickets for upstream status on this,
and `-h/--help` output from script for more options.
