Bump phin and favicons (#23)

Removes [phin](https://github.com/ethanent/phin). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [favicons](https://github.com/itgalaxy/favicons). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `phin`

Updates `favicons` from 6.2.2 to 7.2.0
