GLSLKuwahara

Provides an optimized version of the Kuwahara filter. This implementation was chosen because it actually shows a flaw in the Snapdragon 805 / Adreno 420 GPU. When turning the filter on / off with a Nexus 6 notice the rendering flaw. This doesn't occur on the Adreno 320/330 or the Tegra K1.
