📃 update emojiguide (#714)

We used the old release symbol 🎉. Technically not incorrect, but we switched to the different levels of stars and would like to stick to that. Major releases and major capabilities can use 🌟 or even 🌠 (like providers for v9). Signed-off-by: Dominik Richter <[email protected]>
