Frontend Admin Tools

FEATs: the tools that administrators & site builders have available when they are browsing the site.
In Drupal the FEAT’s are tied to deep into sevens design & core’s code structure, making it harder to match the frontend design.
Separating design, css & twig templates into its own theme would make the bridge smaller. FEAT’s are a part of the eleven theme, but can be subthemed to an existing frontend facing theme. Eleven FEAT have to variations for Drupals core themes classy & stable.
Feats are seperated in the eleven theme, for easy subthemming (see documentation for Eleven Theme )
