- remove static assets (bulma, fonts, jquery)
- remove requirements files (will be consolidated in lando-prototype)
- remove setup.py (will be consolidated in lando-prototype)
- remove unneeded modules (e.g., custom auth support)
- remove docker-compose.yaml
- remove other ancillary files that will no longer be needed
