Minor Issue

At least in the duplex bams, the index files are softlinked before the bam files (I think) which is causing a warning in vardict. Other programs might crash due to this so it may be worth is to reverse the orders to prevent downstream issues.

WARNING: BAM index file /home/hasanm/Innovation/sandbox/Maysun/ACCESS_v1_0/.../bams/...duplex.bai is older than BAM /home/hasanm/Innovation/sandbox/Maysun/ACCESS_v1_0/.../bams/...duplex.bam
